not feeling 100% better have decided i have done too much walking about this week which has made me be in pain a lot which hasn't been so good. Got offered a job in a taxi office cash in hand which i was going to take thinking it would help pay my debts off quicker but one of the drivers tried it on with me a bit too thick and when it came to going in i had a panic attack so thats dead in the water, have messed up my cccs payment and had half of it eaten by bank charges, welcome dont acknowledge my complaint so have written another letter will post a copy in a min, need to write to halifax to say i am in financial hardship give me back my money, have clinic this week to be told i am overweight do more excercise so then i do more excercise and end up bedridden by the pain for a week.

on a happier not it is my birthday in 2 weeks x

Dear .....

Thank you for the response to my complaint letter which I received on ................ However I would like to notify you that although you have attempted to help I do not believe that you have understood fully my problem and resolved it adequately.

Whilst I appreciate that the terms of the contract were specified on the contract which has been signed by me, my complaint is of two points. I do not believe that the terms were correctly explained, and I have had no proper explanation of why there was such a raise in interest, as you have already communicated to me in the phone call, I was prompt with my payments and when my direct debit was declined by the bank on one occasion - through no fault of my own I called you as soon as I was aware to make the payment.

As I am sure you will understand I am not trained to understand all the legalities of a contract without them being explained to me. For example you would not understand the word ‘’floccinaucinihilipilification’’ without having it explained to you - either by an individual or a reference book. As you are aware there are a lot of legal acts which are included and relevant in contracts such as; Sale of Goods Act, Misrepresentation act, etc etc.

Therefore as communicated to you in my original letter as you have been unable to resolve my complaint to my satisfaction I shall be forwarding my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Right Ikkle........ one thing at a time hun

Llets get the taxi office out of your head now, Its been, its done, it happened, and now its gone. You dont need to be working for a slimeball like that. You have had a lucky escape. So lets pop that episode into a little box, tape it up and throw it away.

The Bank account. ........ Why dont you open up a basic account and get your wages paid into that account. Start anew with it. Then add the debt from pold bank account to your DMP. That way you wont have your money eaten away with bank charges.

Thyen get onto old bank and go for the financial hardship to get your charges back.

Welcome Finance, If they have not responded then they will soon be in default. Dont write to them again. AWhy remind them they are about to make a fooook up. There is a timescale they have to stick to. So let them hang themselves. And when they do you can report them to the relevent peeps. And i will get that info for you.

Clinic, Write everything down you want to say to them, and dont leave until you have got your point across. If i had not been working i would have come with you for support. Dont feel bullied by them, ok. You need to get this sorted.

And as for your Birthday. Then lets look forward to a party on here shall we.

france was lots of wine, cidre doux, not much whine (from the kids) - plenty of swimming, and charcuterie, and plenty of trips to various sizes of french village, town,. city
