    lol. im gona try and open the isolation valve a bit more and see if that solves my problem - if not, its a pressure test on the fire hydrant by ScottishWater, and if they say pressure is ok, i gotta just live with it.

    problem with the shower is that its not heating at all cos its not getting the needed pressure - unlike my old one, the heating element is on a trip for flow rate/pressure and thus fails to heat any water for which to shower.

    It was Redrow who built my flat (3yrs ago) and when my neighbour complained to them they sent out a gas engineer.. the flats here are all electric... shows u what they know eh.

    when i quit last november, i was on about 12 - 15 a day and just stopped cold turkey, had my last about 10pm and havent had one since. i consistently want one (my job is increasingly stressful)
