so far 8 NSD in august - been super mega busy at work.. hate it when i come home and just flop on the couch to watch, watching some rubbish like Hogan Knows Best

red, dont worry, it is hard to give up.. been there, tried it, but its so hard around pub life....;)..dont feel that you let yourself down......none of us are perfect, well except for gj and me haha joking, of course

i quit smoking last november and im not finding life any cheaper, i can assure yall of that, although i was shocked to learn that Marlboro lights are like £6.70 per 20-deck!

just also bought & fitted a shower to find it doesnt flamin work - i have flow and pressure issues in my flat which hopefully i should have sorted soon (joys of working for a major utilities company/SLO/ICP/UIP)

aww redrach, tis never easy is it hun, i know ive been trying for ages, but have only managed to cut down so far, but at least that is better than smoking the 20 a day i used too:o
Im down to about 6 a day now, but cant seem to get any further than that:o
