    That could prob work in your favour....no one who will know the past story will be aware of things when they take the flat and you can start again with a clean slate. Soon as she moves out, get an advert out there, make arrangements to pay off Scottish Gas and everyone will move onwards :o


    Anyway guys...off to bed now, need to deal with a HUGE spider in the bath first and put the bin out but then must get some sleep. Till next time
