no bad....getting into this whole making my own stuff over the past week although so far its not really been dfw......

Went fruit picking today with dd and her friend. £23 on fruit, 13 entry into the fun park/maze, £16 on lunch and £20 in petrol....then on the way home bought a breadmaker and spent extra getting the one that makes jam and ended up doing it in a pot...i dont think i like the breadmaker. Worked out will have to make 3 loafs a week for next 70 weeks to make it worth while! I am thinking of returning it as i found it just as easy to make in the oven...i could trade if for a cheaper model i think. Also bought a slow cooker so need to look at recipies over the weekend and start my meal planning.

I'm not cooking any gifts, not unless you count making chocolate slabs, I am hoping my door hangers will be here thursday and finished by friday ready to go in the box.

aah i know the feeling with the breadmaker !! Bought ours and went mad with it baking bread everyday for a couple of weeks, but then the novelty wore off and now its sat on top of the kitchen cupboard gathering dust !!!:o

I am semi disappointed with myself (!) but just generally angry at the world and people who lie and cheat and are horrible.

plus the feeling that I am wasting my holiday won't go away.

Can't believe tomorrow is Wednesday already.
