    Sorry I disappeared! was reading pandapaws diary, so sleepy now.

    going to watch tv upstairs in bed to try and get to sleep.

    it sounds odd but i have found having a "make up taking off routine has helped me go to bed?

    sound like we all had a 'little something' missing from our lives eh,and ebay and now mse have filled the void,my mom was into antique dolls and dolls houses and she said that was because she felt 'something; was missing but just didnt know what,hmmmm weird eh

    evening all......had 4 hours sleep this afternoon and now I am not tired in the slightest. So annoying.

    Gladly I am normally one of those people who sleep the moment their head hits the pillow. Buffy, what you going to watch....

    what are peoples best things for watching to send them off to sleep>

    I dont have a tv in my bedroom but I have a wee portable dvd player which i use. Normally watch box sets and am currently trying to get through NCIS season 3. It took me a week to watch one episode though as I kept falling asleep
