Hi HBFS, I am confused to say the least at the moment with all the stuff going on my little world, But hey ho.

Piglet, yes i did sleep in my bed. that is now five nights i think. Not bad going. I still have to force myself up the stairs and not just lay on sofa to sleep. But at least its progress.

Zoe, Do you have any canestan cream. Slap that on the bite. Should ease it somewhat,

I have to say, i sleep on the sette a lot (it happened when I became single again).

OMG, do you know redrach, thats maybe why i have got into the habit of sleeping on sofa. But then i have been split up since january and its only the last couple of months i have taken an aversion to my bedroom. xxxxxxx Its a horrible feeling, not sleeping and when i do its been on sofa. But working at cracking it this time. I have not done 5 nights in my bed for months x
