I need a break from work, getting a wk off from mon, but now family demands kick in, hence the need to step off for a bit, it'll never happen though:eek:

Try to get some time that's just for you though, hun. It'll do you good and, as a result, those around you will benefit too. Make it your priority.

You honestly haven't missed much. Just a rant about my dad really.

Forgot to mention on my thread that my ex's sister (you know, the !!!!! on wheels) has been in touch through my bebo page. She just wanted to check how I am. Yeah right! My reply was, "fine thanks." Short and to the point!

Tell me who they are and where to find them and I'll deal with it. No one need ever know!

No, seriously, i remember when I was working full time, whenever I had a holiday it would just disappear because of family demands. Sometimes you have to ssay no though, otherwise all you'll be giving is the crabbit, ill natured side of you. Your family probably don't realise what they are doing so take a step back, a deep breath and repeat after me, "sorry, I can't do that as I have plans that day." And it's perfectly ok if thse plans just involve you being nice to yourself.

Hey lilac, I thought you had disappeared. Have you been off reading small print or doing the feeding thing?
