1. This promotion and Click to Win is open to residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) over the age of 18. Employees and their families of Constellation Europe Ltd, Nails inc., the agents, agencies or any person professionally connected with this promotion are excluded.
2. On each promotional 75cl bottle of Echo Falls wine that is purchased there is a promotional collarette which on the reverse has a unique code. The holder of each Echo Falls promotional collarette will be eligible to enter one Click to Win and they will also be eligible to claim a 15% discount on one purchase of certain products bought online from Nails Inc at www.nailsinc.com.
3. All entries to the Click to Win and all claims for 15% discount must be received before 11.59pm on 30 June 2009.
4. To enter the Click to Win visit the Echo Falls web site at www.echofallswine.co.uk and follow the entry instructions on the web site, when prompted to do so enter the unique code found on the reverse of the Echo Falls promotional collarette. 200 first prize, 300 second prize and 9,500 third prize winning numbers have been electronically pre selected at random by computer and all entries received by the closing date will be computer processed. Entrants who entered a unique code that matches one of the 200 first prize, 300 second prize or 9,500 third prize winning numbers are winners in that category and will be notified of this by email and asked to claim their prize.
5. There are 200 first prizes to be won each consists of one “double decker” manicure/pedicure voucher worth £70 RRP redeemable only at Nails Inc. There are 300 second prizes to be won each consists of one of 300 Heavenly Hands manicure vouchers worth £37 RRP each redeemable only at Nails Inc. There are 9,500 third prizes to be won each consists of one Nails Inc, Nail polish 3-pack worth £20 RRP.
6. To claim their prize, the winners must send on a postcard their full name and address, together with the Echo Falls promotional collarette to Echo Falls Click to Win, Dept 5553, PO Box 99, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8RR to be received by 31 August 2009. The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of receipt. If you also intend to claim the 15% discount on one purchase of certain products bought on line from Nails Inc at www.nailsinc.com you must make a note of the unique code before sending the collarette as you will need it to claim the discount, detailed below.
7. To claim the 15% discount on one purchase of certain products bought online from Nails Inc. Visit the Nails Inc. website at www.nailsinc.com, click on the icon “Shop” select the products, excluding gift vouchers, that you wish to purchase, which are all subject to availability, and proceed to the checkout. Purchases of gift vouchers and items listed under the icon “Services” on the www.nailsinc.com website are excluded from this offer and will not qualify for 15% discount. At the checkout you should follow the instructions set out on the website, and to claim the 15% discount go to the bottom of the page and enter the unique code found on the reverse of the Echo Falls promotional collarette, 15% will then be discounted from the total value of the transaction before postage. Cost of postage will be dependent on the value of the order.
8. On receipt of the payment, Nails Inc will be responsible for the delivery of the goods to the Customer within 28 days. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or delayed purchases.
9. The unique code can only be used to enter the Click to Win once and to claim one 15% discount off one purchase online from Nails Inc, at www.nailsinc.com.
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed electronic/postal entries or claims, such entries and/or claims will be void. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Photocopies of collarettes will be rejected. No entries submitted via a third party will beaccepted.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into. There is no cash alternative and no change can be given. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Click to Win prizes with those of an equal or greater value.
12. For the Click to Win winners’ name and county of residence, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope marked “Echo Falls Winners list” to Dept 5553, PO Box 99, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP19 8RR between 1st September 2009 and 15 September 2009.
13. All Click to Win winners may be required to participate in publicity relating to this promotion and consent to their name, photographs, and Click to Win entries being used for such purposes by the Promoter.
14. Entry to the Click to Win and the claiming of the 15% discount is deemed as acceptance of these rules and by obtaining a 15% discount and/or claiming a prize, the participant agrees to be bound by all the entry instructions of which these rules form a part and in the case of the Click to Win for their details being communicated to third parties in relation to the Click to Win.
