LandlordTrader.co.uk

Seen this on another thread and found very helpful.

good experience as you are dealing directly with other landlords. i have used it to source tenanted property as well as to sell property. it is a landlord-to-landlord exchange and so you need to undertake your own research as no advice is given but is very low cost to use.

i have agreed a sale on a house within 10 days and will only pay ca. £250 if completes. i am also negotiating on a purchase.

essentially
- no sourcing fees (but the onus is on the buyers to do their own research)
- no browsing, registration or listing fees (so nothing to lose)
- sellers pays 0.4% on successful completion (otherwise no fee)

you might not find what you are looking for but worth a look.

  • Hi,

I've only just found this forum, looks like a good source of knowledge!

Tom, I saw this site around recently, and kept checking up on it. I spoke to them last week as I think it's a brilliant idea. They have a decent amount of props up there now, a few weeks ago they were a bit thin on the ground!

I like what I see though, some nice little places for a bargain, but I think I'll pass on the £2m block of flats!

    ;)
