Anyone ever sent for samples then had to send them back?

I sent off for some Utopia bathroom worktop samples and was expecting small, thin strips of a couple of inches or so to be sent out, just as a colour indication.

I got samples that were approximately 5" x 4"........with a request to send them back again after I'd finished with them. :rotfl:

This is the first time I've ever come across this. Has this happened to anyone else? I wonder how many times they get them sent back (no pre-paid envelope enclosed either :rotfl: ).

They also claim to be the UK's leading manufacturer of quality bathroom furniture. I've often wondered how they know that? :D

Yes. I had a request for return of a swatch of samples for Lynplan loose chair covers. It was sometime ago and I can't remember whether they sent a prepaid envelope.
