They have this at Tesco at the minute for 42p a box so I bought a couple.
Haven't used it before, it just says to add milk and an egg.
Says it is suitable for making American Style Pancakes (the thick ones), Traditional English Style Pancakes, Scones and more.
Don't know what the more is, shall have to take a look at their website.
Has anyone used this before and is it worth buying anymore at this price?

When I make pancakes, I take value flour and add milk and an eggTesco value flour is currently 36p for 1.5kg. On that basis, it's far cheaper to make pancakes from scratch, and less packaging to throw away :T

Can't say either. I have made the devils food cake from Betty Crocket and it is scrummy so would def encourage you to try the pancake mix esp as now you've got it.0

American biscuits are like scones and contain flour, baking powder and milk. Pancakes have the same ingredients plus an egg.
It's a box of flour and baking powder;)0 -
You can make your own baking mixes. Have a look at this thread0

Yes have used it for years (i'm from america) and it makes fantastic scones and pancakes!
42p for the box was very good in my opinion.

I bought a packet of this some time ago when it was on special offer. I didn't make the pancakes with it, but it had on the box a recipe for using it as a crumble topping. It was a big hit, tasted gorgeous.0
