Self catering for family of 5 - help please

Trying to find a holiday for a family of 5 on a budget (ideally less than £1200 for the family).

Kids are 14, 12 and 2.
They will want their own room (as will we!!!).

Any country considered so long as it is sunny!

Would like to self cater.

Must have stuff to keep kids happy such as a safe pool.

Travelling August 15th give or take 2 days.

Flying from London airports.

Any advice on where to start looking?

Have you thought about the campsites abroad ie keycamp siblu etc? They have loads of stuff on site for all ages you can stay in tents, apartments chalets or mobile homes.
