Hi,
I am currently backing up data so I can reinstall Windows XP, does anyone know where the Internet Explorer favourites are stored so I can back them up?
Also I want to back up the saved game data on the sims but cant find either???

if you open internet explorer then click on "File" ( top left ) there is an "Import and Export" option which will do you favourites

Favorite are stored on you hard drive usually called c: drive under the documents and settings folder, for instance mine are stored as follows
C:\Documents and Settings\David\Favorites
Where "David" is the name of your computer, its really easy to export them as the previous poster mentioned.
Don't forget to backup your email settings as well these can be done by going into the tools menu in outlook and selecting accounts, click the mail tab on the screen which opens and export the settings, this will save them in a .IAF file, transfer this file to your new PC and import into outlook on your new machine via same menu.Bring on the Bling!0
