Special Delivery no time on POD

Sent an item SD and it did arrive next day, but there is no time on the POD that i requested, they said it was scanned in at 13:45 so it would have been delivered before 1pm according to RM , i asked how they could proove this but didnt get much of a responce , they looked at the signature card and nothing had a time next to it so seems like postie wasnt doing his job properly, or he was trying to hide the fact it was after 1pm.

I cant get in touch with the person i sent the item to as they have now gone away for some time.

well the system doesnt allow real time scanning as its a paper/computer system
the cut off time for PHG's(those working indoors with SD items etc) is after 1pm and as such they update the system 'blind' in some offices
(including my own)
if a postie isnt going to make it before 1pm then they should make their manager/PHG aware of this before leaving the DO so another delivery method cdan be used
why do you believe it wasnt delivered before 1pm?

3 times when it hasnt stated a time on the tracker its been late when ive put a claim in
