Any personal data supplied in connection with this promotion (name, valid email, phone number and UK postal address) will only be used for the purposes of this promotion. This will include providing details (name & county of residence) of prize winners to any person who requests such information.

This promotion is open to all residents in the United Kingdom who are aged 21 years or over.

The promotion runs from the 4th July 2008 until 31st July 2008.

To participate in the Co-Driving Experience promotion, just go to https://www.bpultimate.co.uk, follow the links relating to the Co-Driving Experience promotion and fill in the online entry form. The tickets for the Co-Driving Experience will only be awarded to the person whose details were entered on the online entry form. Entries are limited to one entry per person per day.

The closing date for all entry routes will be midnight on the 31st July 2008.

There are 5 prizes to be won in this promotion. Each prize consists of a pair of Co-Driving Experience tickets which will take place in Cockermouth, Cumbria on Wednesday 17th September 2008. Winners will be required to arrive on the evening of Tuesday 16th September and stay overnight. The prize includes overnight accommodation, food and escorting to and from the rally location by the Ford hospitality team. The prizes being pairs of Co-Driving Experience tickets, each winner will be able to invite one guest of their choice, aged 21 years or over, to also enjoy a Co-Driving Experience.

Winners will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator through a draw which will take place on 11th August 2008.






10.



Participants should ensure that their correct details are provided on the online entry form. The Promoter will call each of the randomly selected winners by 12th August 2008 and write to the winners by 18th August to confirm the details of the prize. If the tickets are returned undelivered because of incorrect address information, the prize will be deemed void.






11.



The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entry that is lost or otherwise fails to be entered into the promotion.

The prizes are non-transferable, and there are no cash or prize alternatives available.Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

Winners (and their guests) agree to take part, at the Promoter’s request and expense, in any relevant publicity.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.

The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this promotion at any stage in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond its control.

To the extent permissible by law neither the Promoter nor its employees, agents or contractors will be liable for any death or injury to person or property.

The undertaking of these activities may involve some personal risk. Participants will be required to sign a disclaimer on the day. Please read this document carefully. Participants are advised to consider insurance cover for personal accident, loss of limb and even death or indemnity insurance for damage caused to any vehicles during the event.

The Promoter will not be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any experience for reasons beyond its reasonable control including weather related reasons, mechanical failure or otherwise.
