Fitting wooden floor?

Hi

Any joiners out there (or people who have had something similar done recently) able to give me a rough idea on the labour costs of fitting a wooden floor throughout a 1000 sq foot apartment (well, 1000 sq foot minus the bathrooms)?

Also, where is the best place (online or in person) to get a good quality, good value wooden floor, either solid or engineered?

I'm in Manchester if it makes any difference.

Thanks lots

I just got a fantastic engineerd floor through http://www.ukflooringdirect.co.uk/

It's 22mm thick with 6mm of real wood and looks amazing. Free next day delivery, & great customer service, including sending me a piece I forgot to order FOC by courier.

Can't help with fitting costs as it's part of a much bigger project.
