Does anyone know the exchange rate in turkey up to date. Is it best to get your money changed here or in turkey.
If l decide to change over here where would be the best place to do this.
l have looked all over for the exchange rate in turkey but cannot find one, does anyone know where l can look to keep a eye on the rates till l go abroad....

Currently 2.43 New Lira to £1 from http://www.xe.com/ucc/ which gives live mid-market rate.0

Many shops out there will exchange money for you. They all have signs outside and we used to walk up the street and see who had the best rate! As well as supermarkets, we also got money from a jewellry store and a tattoo parlour!
We also used ATM's out there as well. Here I go again on my own....0 -
