Hiya,
Does anyone know where I can find out further information regarding auctions held for repossessed homes?
Mainly any sites which list flats and houses that will be auctioned, Google only provides sites which charge for the information.
Thanks

there is no specialist auction for these. they tend to pop up in the normal course of auctions. you can usually view direct off the auctioneers websites the properties coming up and the sellers."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0

LOL! Don't get too excited!
It's a freehold investment. I'd do a bit more research before you decide to take a chequebook along

List of auctions updated on a fairly regular basis. There's an A-Z index with links to the auctioneers' websites, otherwise just google them.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

You'd earn £150/year from each of the four. So you're paying that to receive £600/year.0 -
