  • Try purple parking - earlier this year we used for about a months parking at Heathrow - cost us around £58 - after we used codes we found on here - Oneaccount??? I believe.
I think they give free parking for days over 15.

Try travelodge - they often do £19 or £29 a room deals. pick your car up & drive it to the hotel as they don't do transfers.

I think this is the only way to get the package you want at reasonable cost. We looked at many alternatives but found this to be the most cost effective.

OR Use the train. We did to Gatwick last month when we went away for a month. For just 3 weeks last minute parking Gatwick was a minimum of £200 - outrageous! As we ended up staying over a month & got a return flight to our local airport intead of Gatwick we were pleased we used the train.

yep, purple parking, they have a ceiling on their fees, I would suggest that you get a hotel seperate from parking given the lenght of time you want the parking for

their website has just quoted for 58 days of parking for £132.56, that's a fab price I thinks
  • Hi,

I've used a service that does valet parking at heathrow called MGP Heathrow, they offer a pretty good service that saves you hassle, just drive straight to the terminal. Im not sure if they fo long term parking, but may be worth emailing to see if you can get a deal. www.mgpheathrow.co.uk for heathrow parking.

Good luck and have a fab trip!

The hotels that offer 15 nights parking will allow you to park longer - for a nightly fee.

Separating the hotel and parking, as already suggested, may be better in this circumstance.

Check the price with 'e37t' code, I just tried it and got 58 days for £86.50 and 40 days for £52.50. And quidco is possible too...

Not a great company from my experience though (Our car came back smokey).

Yes - I think that might be a similar code to the one we used too. I think the 'oneaccount' was for car hire with Autosabroad in US - which we didn't book with as too many difficulties - hubby is from US with US licence, however they wouldn't let him drive the car:confused:

Try a few different codes off here as they give various savings & don't forget Quidco:T We had £7.88 back - which was a LOT more than we expected to get. Our price was actually £52.50 - I just checked it - which went down to £44.62 after Quidco :T - pretty good for a months parking in April!

Must admit to using Purple parking a few times in the past. We haven't had any problems with them.

Use quidco too for Travelodge - they've just opened a new one I believe at Heathrow airport itself - only 3.6% saving BUT it all adds up.

Are they the ones that were on watchdog, pick your car up and then drive it to an industrial estate or similar and leave on the side of the road while you are away?
  • Hi,

No they aren't, I remember watching the Watchdog episode and it was about a company called Pink Parking or something to that affect that was operating at Gatwick. Really dodgy operators!!

If in doubt ask them to tell you where their car park is, or about their insurance. They also wear uniforms too, which adds to the professionalism, but guess doesnt answer your question!

If you want to use www.mgpheathrow.co.uk for heathrow parking, then book online or drop them an email.

I guess if you really want to be secure then use the long stay car parking and get a bus, but for parking at heathrow this can be pricey too.

Sometimes the short stay has deals if you book in advance.

im a business traveller so have used quite a few different ones at various airports.

    good luck

    ;)

You don't say which airport but have you thought of car hire? If you book both ways, even with a break of a month or two between journeys companies like Avis do not charge one way fees.

    Hi
I was trying this code e37t. but doesn't recognised by purple parking. Did anybody tried recently?
I need a code for a month from 2nd August at heathrow . Does anybody any other codes for purple parking?
