Well, just wanted to ask re getting CS to add 350pts after I forgot to hand in a 350pts wys £40...can you email to do it guys? Or do you have to phone b/c I'm not that good on the phone Also if I do have to phone (tomorrow obviously) any tips on getting round CS?

Ive emailed customer services twice now with no reply so would say its better to phone but i know how you feel as im not good on the phone either:o
