when is the best time to use a double points voucher? all of my recent shops have been with acm or mag vouchers so didn't really seem any point using the double points as the normal points were low. when have most people used theirs?

Being as it's not going to double any other points I don't think it makes much difference. I used mine when I spent more than average i.e. £30.
  • WOW iwanttoliveinboots!! :T

I second that! My stash looks bit feeble in comparison though I am rather swamped with model.me and sanctuary lomi.

I had to spend few seconds looking at the JF serums sideways trying to decide whether they were in a mirror!!!!:rotfl: :rotfl:

Two Boots trips for me today:

    Shop 1:
Ted Baker cosmetic purse £5.00 with ACM 200pt coupon
    Nail scissors 3.00 with points
Another flipping till spit - got about seven now and need to frantically start spending them on TS.

    Shop 2:
Boots Expert Sensitive Skin face scrub 88p on clearance - paid with £1 off expert sensitive range (mailing coupon) so got it for FREE:T :T

I've aquired loads of the JF mini serums too, hehe :o:o I've got 2 of the original display boxes full now, plus stragglers.
I um,... find a lot of tillspits.... :D:D

I am aiming to get 1 lol...posted tons of JF to my mum last time there was £2 till spit and RM lost the box of them:mad: ...and her hair needs 'help' :rotfl:

It seems like it may be time for £5 off No7, and you'd get that till spit when you spent £10. Don't know if that's what it will be this time, though, it just seems like it may be coming up soon, lol.

  • Oh and fab stash iwanttoliveinboots :D

Particularly love the stash of JF serum - Have never used this serum before this till spit, but love it now :)

Didn't get on with some Mark Hill products once so have tended to avoid the professional type hair products like MH/JF/UG/TS etc, and have sold my vouchers on eBay previously - not anymore!

I'm busy planning my shop on Saturday with the 500 points on £30 spend. I won some vouchers on Ebay yesterday so I'm hoping theyll be here tomorrow. Thinking of treating myself to a Clinique airbrush concealer (my birthday on Sat so that's my excuse, lol) so I'm interested in the deals they've got at the moment. Never used Clinique before so I'm a bit clueless really. SA said they've got 2 offers 1000 points on any 3 Clinique items or a free gift on 2 items but they must be skincare! Any tips anyone?

Does anyone know whether the 500 points on £30 spend would work with phone credit? thanks.

Grumpy SA served me today, and when the survey came out of the till she was suddenly very nice - explained the survey and said "just answer 'very satisfied' for all the questions." Yeah right, she's funny too!

This happened to me and the SA wrote her name on the survey spit:rotfl: nothing like dropping yourself in it:D . Do they ask for the name of SA?
  • hey everyone, ive just put something up on ebay, would love to hear your thoughts about my idea.

iwanttoliveinboots - I think you do!! Great stash - mine has gone down recently as given lots to two friends - doesn't it feel great when they are so excited to get stuff - and we have so much of it left at home!!

One SA told me about the till surveys - each branch has a "name and shame" board in the staff area somewhere - and replies, especially where the SA has been named, is written up for all to see...good and bad. The survey at the end has a box where you can name an SA should you have received good service - so they will want their name up on the board!! Someone who went for an interview saw one too, and said they also named an SA who has been dismissed for stealing - and what they stole too!!
