broclo, I love ya! Have been recommended Garnier summer body by a friend which is about £4 I think (for the 250ml).

So my shopping list is Garnier summer body (£4)
    MF miracle touch (11.95)
    makeup sponge (£3ish)

    plus expert glitch stuff.

I got the big garnier summer body for around £3.95 I think.. was half price so look out for it! (I dont ned it till my tan fades:rolleyes: .. but it is great and you dont have to wait for it to dry and walk like John Wayne!!) :T

I actually used to like this stuff:o well, I was quite young at the time:D I remember miners too. Whatever happened to almay? can you still get this stuff?

I saw sign on No7 counter today saying "Do you miss Almay? No7 is hypoallergenic too" I hadn't missed Almay!!!!!

I do, red sleeve, black twist base.
I used to do Avon & ordered so much stuff. Retro.

Have been off Bootsing & trying to suss out MrT stuff.
No idea re maxing on the points, elusive SB, H&B leaflets. Bootsing seems so much more straight forward.
  • Did Constance Carroll actually get discontinued then? I occasionally see it on eBay in job lots of make up to bulk up the lot...Never bought CC, and never planned on buying any...And no good to me anyway...no AC points :D

    Decisions decisions!

Last time I remember seeing it for sale was South Molton Street Drugstore in early nineties and I hadn't seen it for ages then. What disgusting brown plastic packaging it had!! Don't recall that Boots ever stocked it - though they did stock Miners.

I've just seen that you can't spend boots points online. I'm wanting some ghd's and these say online only - anyone know if any stores at all stock them?

Also if I my points on them do I earn points on the amount I pay in cash??

I was in the Trafford Centre today looking for GHD's , I was thinking of getting them for my daughter with my points but couldn't see them and they have a large selection of electricals.

i think for the garnier stuff to go thru free it has to be on clearance and less than £3.99 (IIRC) as it is on offer at half price, the till takes off the half price making it free.. if you get what i mean!

i found it at £3.95 on normal shelf and it didnt go thru free... not bothered coz i love the stuff and that price for the large one was great.. plus i paid with points so free anyway!!!!!!!!!!!!
