Hi all,
My sister has got an MSI laptop, and when she turns it on it show like the boot screen then the screen goes blank. I thought I would try a system restore by pressing F3 and selecting windows. However after doing this the screen goes blank again.

so what are you saying the screen works put not in windows,
sounds like a corrupt driver or wrong resolution to me, can get it into safe mode F8
and do's the screen work in safe mode
which windows xp vista?there or their,one day i might us the right one ,until then tuff0
