Help i have this coming up on my PC all the time AVG finds it and heals it but back it comes here it isas layed out with AVG.

Found Tracking Cookie.2o7
Detect on open hope this means something to someone and u can help me get rid of this pest. I am not techie minded so please bare with me.

Right click on the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop and select Delete Cookies, Delete Files (and when it asks tick the box), and Clear History for good measure.

If this does not do it download CCleaner and run that and it will do the same thing but automatically.

Run AVG (I'd also advise something like superantispyware) but boot into Safe Mode first (press F8 as you're booting up).

What version of internet explorer are you using? do you have all the latest updates for windows? and post a hijackthis log. What version of windows are you using?
