Please help !!! I'm completely untechnical and need some help! My computer is very slow and it keeps saying its low on memory. I have folllowed some instructions I found on another thread and downloaded superanti something
and ran it (a free trial), and also i click maintenance on tune-up (sorry, was called something like that, warned you all I'm useless at this stuff
). Anyway, it hasn't really done much, it did defragment but it hasn't made any difference. I'm currently running ccleaner, supposed to take 1 second, has been running for about 3 minutes so far
I've tried deleting programs I dont use much, but have nothing left to delete.
I would love to know what is using all the memory and is there any way of deleting it? If not,do I need to buy new memory and how do I go about this?? ie. how much is needed? My laptop is 2 years old, has 34gb memory (?)
Thank you all in advance

You have got confused between memory and hard drive space. 34GB will refer to the hard drive space.
The main issue will be items in your startup taking memory up as soon as the laptop starts, things like Adobe Launcher, MS Office FindFast etc. You can remove some of these (eg the 2 listed)0
