Did a bit of searching for you. The entry form for Rocket Dog pumps has no T&Cs listed:

However, I found T&Cs for another Sugar Mag daily comp for Converse Nauticals by Footlocker where it says:

4. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to be bound by the rules of the particular competition in question, and by any other requirements set out in the accompanying promotional material.

Most competitions state the time period for contacting you if it is short and only change prize winner if reasonable attempts have been made to contact the first prize winner! I would definately complain as everyone else has said, lots of us might miss a phonecall for one reason or another. Hope you have a luckier day tomorrow:oThank you to all posters:beer:0
