My Credit Report Advice Please

Hi I've just recieved my credit report after being turned down for a loan. I'm a single mum working full time and earing £22000 a year, I pay £83 Nursery fees a week of which I get £73 back from Child Credit Tax.
When I was with my ex partner (of 11 years) we spent money like it was going out of fashion and most things were in my name, as you can see from below nearly all is paid for. I'm now trying to be sensible for my daughters future.
I want to get out of the loop of using high APR loan companies and get a loan to do some repairs to my car, get my washer repaired and go camping wth my daughter then hopefully once (if) the housing market has settled look into buying my council home as security for me and my daughter.
Any advice on improving my credit would be fantastic, I get no support from my daughters dad and no chance of getting any CSA due to him always moving around.
Not sure if I'm putting this in a format you'll understand but here goes!

Looking at your credit report I have to say that you are progressing very well and you should be proud of what you have achieved so far.
The 3 CCJ's have been paid but only 1 is showing as satisfied - so firstly you need to get on and make sure the other two are noted as satisfied on your credit file.
CCJ's are the big issue with future lenders. The fact that they are satisfied goes in your favour but some lenders will still take the view that someone had to take you to court to get paid what was owed and therefore reluctant to lend.
The situation will improve in November 2009 when 2 of the CCJ's will drop off your file.
The final CCJ will drop off in August 2012.
You may want to consider putting a notice of correction on your credit file - something future lenders will see regarding the CCJ's explaining that they were due to an errant partner who is no longer with you? It may help with credit applications between now and 2012?
An underwriter would see that you went in arrears - but only to 2 down on your London Scottish loan C2 - but recovered and now settled - so ok.
Also that your C3 loan has run exemplary and now has a minimal balance and same goes for your C4 and C5 loans.
C6 shows your difficult period but as settled in 2004 it is now really historic information.
C7 shows only 1 payment late at times and underwriters do not worry too much about that - for example if your payment date is at month end then your standing order can be on its way at the time the tapes are sent to the credit reference agencies.
C8 a good account settled.
C9 an excellent account with a strong monthly payment - what a good sign of current creditworthiness!
However, keep on their tails daily (insurance company as well) as this needs to be shown as settled before it shows in arrears and you will know how bad Welcome are at admin?
C10 C11 C12 - other good accounts showing current creditworthiness
Full credit to you - you are well on the way to recovery and should be an inspiration to others!0 -
Who are the best loan companies I could use with my rating.
Thanks for the kind message above0
