I have a PB desktop computer which has just sort of died. I switched it off (which I don't do very often) turned it back on and now it won't let me past the "Packard Bell" screen where you can hit ESC F2 or F8 for switch screen, BIOS or BOOT. It won't let me do any of these and the screen just remains as it is Can anybody help or suggest what I can do, I can't lose all my documents etc so would really appreciate any help from you kind techies
I haven't got one!
