Small Business freebie payroll software

I have been using the free one for a few months now and find it very easy to set up and install. Prints out using Adobe wage slips, reconcilliation reports etc., Little hint though, if using the free version, when printing the payslips set your printer to print 2 to a page then print 1 and turn paper round to print at the other end of the sheet, otherwise you just get 1 A5 sized payslip in the centre of the page. If you go for the paid version you have more options for setting out the page.
This company offers both free and paid for Payroll software and is HMRC approved

I have been using Payroo (https://www.payroo.com) for the past few months and it is fairly easy to use. Doesn't have as many features as Sage but useful for a charity payroll that I do0

Are these better than the CD that comes from HMRC? Do they update with the current years tax bands?0

Last time I was using the HMRC software (and this is going back a few years!) it didn't allow you to print payslips etc, just did the sums for you.
If HMRC now lets you print forms etc, then although it will have limitations, I'd say that would be the best freebie, because it's official!Signature removed for peace of mind0
