Valencia hotel needed for 1 night

Any recommendations for a hotel near Valencia - it's only for 1 night to fit in between 2 lots of accommodation which don't meet in the middle! We'd need a family room for 2 adults and 2 kids. It could be anywhere between Alcossebre and Javea really - I just thought it might be nice to spend a day in Valencia. the date would be Friday 15 August. Any recommendations or ideas please it's years since we've stayed in ahotel. I think it might be difficult in August especially a Friday and especially for just one night.

Holiday Inn Express have 4 hotels in and around Valencia. Two of them have family rooms.
The one downtown is €90 and the one near the airport (8km from downtown) is €60. Both have availability on 15/8. HIE includes free continental breakfast.
Although I think the 4th person bed will be very small. How old are the kids?0
