Hi,
Has anyone got any experiences or advise in relation to selling a Timeshare.
It is an RCI property in Orlando.
Been contacted recently by a company called 'Global Resort Management', asking if we want to sell, has anyone dealt with this company before?
Waiting , in anticipation.

No experience - but if they ask you for upfront fees it's a scam. Check if they do and steer clear if so.0

Only use a company that does not charge fees in advance.
Have you tried selling privately e.g. via ebay? There are usually 100+ for sale there, including some from the company you mentioned - so you may just be paying them to sell on e-bay! Re-sale values for timeshare are generally not high despite what the salesmen and resellers may tell you.
The re-seller should take the risk out of the transaction i.e. they introduce buyer and seller and ensure that the money and documents change hands as agreed but obviously they charge accordingly. If you go the private sale route, you can still use the services of an escrow company to handle the exchange of money and legal documents.
You will also need to decide who will pay the legal fee for transfer of ownership that most (if not all) timeshare companies will require. Not even wrong0
