just read the site about ryanair and since this is the cheapest airline for us to use, should I get a visa electron? We have only kept our natwest maestro because it was always cheaper to use for online transactions. But having moved Ryanair is now the airline of choice.
Who offers the electron? Googling did not turn up any specific banks.
thanks

I have one from abbey but its for the bank account.
I don't think any company does electron for credit cards. If you are credit worthy of a credit card you can have a full blown Visa card.
I think it may have been an admin error at abbey (no change there then) because i got electron and a full visa debit card with my bank account.I beep for Robins - Beep Beep

Thanks,
Called Abbey, they could not understand why I wanted one since I have such great credit and have the best account with them. Whatever that means. So, I opened another checking account, opted for no checks, but the visa electron card. Should arrive soon. Sole purpose cheaper flights as Ryanair is the only cheap major carrier where I live.
