Breaking a Contract

Hi All!

So we are experiencing pure hell with BT and we want out so badly. We want to switch, but we have a contract. What I wanna know is how can we break the contract. Can it be broken on the grounds of how bad the service is? Are there ways around the contract?

They cover most things to do with any service problems in the contract, making it hard to get out if things do go wrong.

What grounds are you wanting to use to get out?

If you're going to try breaking it on grounds of service you need to ensure you've given the provider every chance to try to repair/sort the service
