I had a really bad time last year and I couldn't eat.... very unusual for me lol I lost a small amount of weight and then decided I didn't want to be fat any longer so I cut out the sweets, crisps, chocolate, cakes and ate fruit instead drank water instead of coke I was drinking about 2 litres a day!! I also couldn't eat one bag of crisps I would buy a multi pack of 12 and would go through most of them in an afternoon at work... I am still eating lots of fruit and drinking water but I do allow myself the odd treat but I do need to eat the excess that I was eating... Now if I want/fancy a bag of crisps I open them in front of my youngest so I only get a couple as he like to relieve me of them!! to be honest if you saw a pic of me last year you would see why I needed to lose weight!:o infact I may even post a pic just so you can see and also to make you laugh:rotfl: laughter is good for the soul!!DEBT FREE 23/FEB/07 TWO YEAR's!! £2 £1020.00 Banked New total £268+ and counting SAVINGS 3000.00- ISA £30. :j0 -

Morning all. Bit of a struggle to get out of bed this morning. It always is when Hubbles is away - I sit up too late watching junk TV or playing on the computer to fill the hole he leaves behind and then can't function the next morning but if I go to bed at a reasonable time I end up tossing and turning anyway so what's a girl to do

I think you should go for the 'do Bunny. I love sitting in the hairdresser as its one of the few times I do anything just for me. I've got an appointment just after next payday for highlights and a cut. It cost £90 but as I end up feeling fabulous I consider it a worthwhile investment once every 2-3 months.:p26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
