can you advise me on whether the filters have to be changed or cleaned? how often? and your general views on it?

Hi i have this and it's fab! only had it just over a week so not sure on the filters but they do have to be cleaned just not sure how often? their site may say though..good luck if you get it i can't reccomend it enough!0
