help please stressing really bad!

Hi everyone, I booked flights for 6 of us yesterday morning with thomsonfly i paid and everything but not had a confirmation email i tried ringing tonight but they are closed

Help im stressing really bad here!!

Did you pay by credit card? could you ring the card company to see if the payment has been taken.

Don't stress, unless you think you have made a mistake on the booking.

Try emailing them and let them know you haven't recieved any confirmation yet.

Sometimes emails get delayed for reasons beyond our control.

Hi I paid by my royal bank of scotland card mestro i've checked online banking and it hasnt gone out

I've emailed them with no reply yet from last night i've also tried ringing them this morning but they only open at 9

Its for 6 of us if it was for only 2 of us i wouldnt mind so much

Did you get a reference number at the end of the booking process. You canm enter that on the `manage your booking` link on the thomsonfly homepage.

Hi everyone thanks for your help i managed to get through to them before and confirmed that i had booked it right (thank god) just got to sort the car hire!!
