in Credit cards
Hi everyone
this is probably a stupid question but....here goes...
A friend of mine has just been diagnosed with a serious illness and as she doesn't have a credit or debit card I just used my debit card online to pay for her to join a relevant support and info organisation. I filled out her name/address etc Which was all fine but as she hasn't got her own email account yet she put her flatmate's email address to use until her address is up and running.....
I just thought when they send her confirmation of membership etc by email...there is no way any of my card details will be on there will there?
Is there any way that her flatmate could find them out? I know I'm probably being paranoid here but I've not been in this situation before....
If anyone can help it would be much appreciated

Hello, it was a very nice thing that you did and the chances of your card details being sent to her e-mail address are MINIMAL, your card details are most probably encrypted un their database and companies don't usually send out card details via e-mail for reasons such as yours
