Where are the Amazon points?

Apologies if this subject has been discussed elsewhere, but the search does not give me anything and three times sent me to an error page.
When Martin told subscribers Amazon was giving £15 with the first purchase if you used their credit card, I took out one and have been using it for some time. The problem is: the points have not materialized, I am in the dark regarding my situation with the card and every time I contact the ONLY number available (the one they give you to activate the card) I am told a different story: 1)They deny they give out points, something which is specified in the site 2) They told me (after spending 40 minutes on the phone) that the card was dealt with by other people and gave me an 0845 Nº that turned out to be a fax 3) I have just been told I have to claim the points on their site.
The problem is the only link in the Amazon site is for you to apply for the card. There are no links for those who, like me, already have one....where do I go from here? I have been delaying a purchase I have to make at Amazon waiting to use my points and I have got nowhere.
I would like to hear about other people's experiences. Thanks a lot.

On the Amazon "Your Account" page, you will find a link near the bottom under "Your Amazon.co.uk Area" entitled "Manage your Amazon.co.uk MasterCard account".

Have you tried that?

Thanks Bob! I found the link (although I had looked for it before) and went through all the rigmarole, only to be told there had been an "error" and I had to start again, but that the system was not working at the time... oh well, will try tomorrow, at least I know where to go now!!
Still, sloppy service in my view...

if ou sign into https://www.amazon.co.uk/halifax - like it says on the back of ALL your statements you can view points and things there - my email with my gift certificate came through about 2 weeks after my first statement - (I spent £10 on the card as soon as i got it)

Sounds odd to me. How long have you been using the card? I got emailed, automatically, my voucher for £15 within a few weeks of receiving my first statement. Probably 2 months or so after first using the card.
