Aria again !!

Ordered a 17" screen and a few bits and pieces on 18th August total price £177.
Missed the first delivery slot, but after no joy with the jobs worth delivery firm i asked Aria to redirect it to my works address. They did not do this and it ended up back at Aria and they said they would treat it as a return and refund me minus a 25 % restocking charge !
I argued that no way i was going to pay it because it was there fault they didn't redirect delivery etc they finally agreed and i had a mail showing a full refund was being made. This was on 23/09 and said it could take up to 7 days.
received a card statement today dated 7th october and no refund !!

Don't talk to me about delivery problems !! Had a card through the door yesterday saying UPS had tried to deliver my Dell parcel and would try again about the same time (4.10pm ) today. Arrived home today at 2.30 and another card through the door saying i had missed them.
I phoned UPS to ask where their local depot is and was told they can't tell me !! i needed to speak to Dell, been on hold to DELL for 15 minutes before i gave up .

Maybe you should stay at home all week when you are expecting a parcel or aven't you got a neighbour who could take the parcel in for you ?

I have plenty of neighbours who are willing to but its against rules you see, even the neighbour who has keys to my house is not good enough to these drivers.
