hi :-) my son has just asked me if i can look for him and his girl for a holiday in sept october. bless lol. as such they don not have a budget in mind he said it has to be hot and that if they really liked it they might be able to save more!! i get the feeling that they fancy further afeild but when i looked at america, mexico, barbados and places it was thousands :-( sadley i know they cannot afford anything like that. so i am guessing it will be spain again. could anyone give me any ideas on where to go or how to get far away cheap lol thanks for looking take care julie

Could try tunisia...The gf and I stayed for a week 5* (well, it said 5* on it, anyway), all inc for about £300 (edit: I think this was each ) iirc...Lovely weather, beach etc...No real need to spend any other money...Seems "far away", but isn't too long a flight...

what sort of budget do they have?
I was thinking Sharm or Hurghada?
Cuba can be got for about £500 (4*) each for 2 weeks AI that time of year

Think it was through Thomas Cook or something like that..either TC or Thompson - something with a T

We went to Hammammet (sp?) toward the north....There wasn't too much to do there, but if they just fancy a beach hol, I think you could do a lot worse.

i think they were thinking 300 -400 but they can only go for a week. they are only just 19 and havent got the full holiday yet. as we speak she is in sharm and he just got back from zante. they have been together since xmas eve and are in lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve lol so wanted a romantic break. do you remeber it - cuz after 30+ years i am strugling lol

What about Turkey they do some great deals there. Not to sure how hot Turkey will be then, though.
