Bought a digital photo frame from Amazone last week and the price has dropped a bit since, so have just emailed them about it. Thanks for the advice.

PS-Did use that price protector site, but they didn't email me about it. Just happened to spot it myself.

i have just checked through my recent purchases on amazon (few birthdays recently so have spent quite a bit on there), and found that one item is just under £5 cheaper now.
so have followed your instructions and emailed them to see if i get the difference back.
fingers crossed i get it back, have challenged myself to make £20 a day till the end of the month so would be very handy for me!

the price protector did work when I put mine in either and the amazon price actually went down twice in 30 days (so I got 2 refunds) - you really need to keep a check on it with amazon, I check my purchases every couple of days now.x

Oh no! I've only just found about this, what a shame. I was about to try and claim nearly £9 back as well.

Does anyone know what made them do this after such a long time?
