TSB 0% credit card ...how long does it take

to process? it is now 14th october and i need to get a new 0% credit card all sorted by 11th december. i asked for my credit rating yesterday by internet so this should sent out to me within the next 7 days where i can review details. i believe my credit to be all ok but should i wait for this before applying for the card?
