as the year is not finished yet but i need to request a new credit card - thinking of TSB 0% offer - what does one say about income if at present i've had more expenses than anything else and hopefully should make more money nearer the end of the year. also does this info go down on credit scoring/rating with experian / equifax?

You do not appear to know what you will earn this year.
You could tell them what you earned last year or
you could estimate what you will earn this year................................I have put my clock back....... Kcolc ym0
