So, I will include interest charges! How much interest would you pay on a £2.99 purchase I wonder. I will find out from their site.

Like I said, they can either accept my letter or they can refuse and I would assume they would send me a letter stating this, if they refuse it then I will deal with it and pay it in full. They will not instruct bailiffs without first refusing my offer.

I'm not sure who it now up to to accept or refuse the offer? Would it be Studio who the original debt was with or would it be the company they have passed it onto? I mean if Studio accept your payment of £7.99 who then pays this other company? Or am I missing something?

Good for you for ringing Studio to try and sort it, what a shame you had to deal with the ladys ignorance. I know you owe them money but at least you are trying to sort it now so she should have some training on how to deal with this sort of situation because some people never both to face up to things and you have so they are silly to then alienate you in my opinion.

Well the lady I spoke to said that she would pass the expenditure form onto Studio. She said she doesn't think they will accept my offer and doesn't think they will believe I spend £120 per week on food lol even though I told her we are a family of 6 with 4 of those who eat adult sized portions! I also told her that food prices have shot through the roof and I am struggling with the shopping budget I have as it is! She was extremely rude and there was no need for it imo.

    Thanks very much.

ETA: So I would imagine it's Studio that will be getting payment as it's up to Studio to accept the expenditure.
