ActiveSync/Outlook export

I use a Windows mobile phone (as of last week, an O2 Stellar) to keep track of my life, by ensuring I've always got an up to date calendar/to-do list/contacts etc. with me.
Up to now, I have used ActiveSync to synchronise my work Outlook account with the phone, and subsequently with Outlook on my home PC.
Now however, I've had access to ActiveSync removed at work…
I don't want the two obvious options:
a) Get a work Blackberry and effectively ditch my Stellar
b) Retype in every new appointment to the phone after I add it to Outlook at work
How feasible would it be to periodically export from my work Outlook, email the output (CSV files?) home, then load up to Outlook at home - and then synchronise the phone to the home PC?
I'm guessing I could easily end up with loads of duplicate entries?

I do this but export the pst files onto a usb key and overwrite the records at home - Outlook will query if you have duplicate records. If in doubt, export one days appointments/a couple of contacts and try it out.
Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!

If you have outlook web access setup correctly you should be able to sync directly with that - your company would require a valid SSL certificate for it to work properly though0
