    well I know that STC stands for "subject to contract", but I can't figure out what the "M" stands for... I was never any good at acronyms though.... :)

    yeah, that would make sense, "Subject to Contract/Mortgage" but what doesn't make sense is estate agents making up new acronyms that nobody knows the meaning of hehe!

    That's correct .. but why in England ? Something new ..maybe a seller bored with would-be-buyers that keep pulling out ... not sure about legal implementation though ..
