    I make peanut butter shorts that are wonderful - a bit like shortbread, really melt in the mouth. I have to separate the dough and freeze it, so I don't eat them all in one go!

    I like all biscuits but voted choc hob nob - delicious. I have my own HM recipe and it's luch!!!

    In case it hasn't been said,

    a biscuit goes soft as it ages, a cake goes hard.

    So jaffa cake = cake.

    Anyway, I fail to see how anyone can name a single bikky as their favourite when there are so many nice ones around.
