Just had a look on pts and boy aren't some people rude!!!

One poster was blasted by someone using a 4 letter word for posting it on here.

I've re-read the PTS thread and can't for the life of me see where someone blasted the poster using a four-letter word - would you care to post a link to the specific post please? The thread there is friendly and rational from what I can see!

(Well, you did say you hoped people didn't mind so I reckon an answer is due) .A lot of people on here won't have had the chance to get into Tesco until after work etc and it would (in my view - and I don't expect everyone to agree with me ) have been more appropriate if you had waited until later if you really felt the need to share.

It doesn't affect me as I got my wine shortly after the OP tipped us off and I'm very grateful to her.

A massive thanks to the OP from me, just managed to get the last of the 3 for £10 (originally £5.99) bottles.

Just picked up 27 white, 6 red, 3 champagne and 4 cava for a total of £107. Of course I split it into two to get two petrol coupons so thats at least another fiver back.

I hadn't read this properly, I just thought it was doing both discounts and didn't realise it was taking the 25% off the original prices until I got to the till, brilliant!

The girl on the till couldn't believe it

Just back from our local Tesco - and the SAs on the wine aisle were showing people a receipt to show how the offers were working together!

We bought 30 bottles in total :beer:

Sub total :£150.35
Wine 3 for £10 discount: £50.35
Wine 25% discount: -£37.49
GRAND TOTAL: £62.41
