Tesco wine offers

I havent posted before so hope this is in the right bit[and hope it hasnt been already mentioned]

Went to Tesco Yesterday they have some good wine offers on[3 for £10] but theyve also got 25% off 6 or more bottles as well.
Even better they are taking the 25% off before the 3 for £10.
so we bought 6 bottles of £6.99 wine and they gave us 25% off and then 3 for £10 so we paid about £1-94 a bottle for it.


Hope thats not too confusing........!!

Sorry I am confused surely if it's 3 for £10 it doesn't matter what the original price is.I obviously have misunderstood your post.

Are you saying you purchased 6 bottles of wine?
are you saying you got 3 for £10?
if so you paid only £1.64 for the other 3.
i would have put the 3 for £10 back and bought another 3 for £1.64!

:beer: these are on 3 for £10 at the moment - chardonnay, merlot and white and quite a few others zinfandel, normally about £5 each - the current (until tomorrow) 25% discount comes off the ORIGINAL price, not the discounted one - result is 6 bottles of californian wine for £12.40! hope this hasn't been posted before

it has to be instore and you have to buy 6 because thats the glitch, the 25% discount when buying 6 bottles is still working even though the signs are down, the 25% promo will end at midnight :beer:
